Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING AN ORDER WITH YARD CARD SUPPLY, LLC, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE OR PLACE AN ORDER.

1. General Terms

Yard Card Supply, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and to change or modify these terms without notice.

Any conflicting terms submitted by the customer are null and void unless explicitly agreed to in writing by Yard Card Supply, LLC.

2. Office Hours

  • Customer Service: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday

  • Design Email Support: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday

3. Turnarounds

Most physical orders placed by midnight ship within 5 business days. Custom jobs or large orders may require additional processing time. We do not guarantee production or shipping times. Factors such as equipment failure or delivery issues may impact turnaround.

4. Digital Files & Licensing (NEW)

When you purchase digital files (AI, PDF, or other), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within your own business.

Permitted Uses:

  • Create physical yard signs for your own business.

  • Resize, nest, clip, or modify files for your own use.

  • Send files to a qualified printer (e.g., Signs365, Patriot Print).

Prohibited Uses (Strictly Enforced):

  • Resale, sharing, or distribution of digital files in any form (including edited versions).

  • Uploading to marketplaces (Etsy, Shopify, POD platforms).

  • Use of files by contractors, team members, or third parties outside your business.

  • Offering the files as templates, downloads, or part of training.

Violations may result in revoked access, legal action, and permanent license termination.

5. Training Access (NEW)

Purchasing a class (live or replay) grants individual access only. You may not:

  • Share class links or content.

  • Use course materials for your own training or downloads.

  • Record or redistribute any part of the class.

Replay access is limited to registered participants. Unauthorized distribution will result in access loss and license penalties.

6. Warranty / Returns / Refunds

We warrant that our physical products will be free from manufacturing defects and conform to our published specifications.
All sales are final. If a mistake is made on our end, we may offer a credit or reprint at our discretion. To be eligible, notify us within 3 business days of delivery and provide full documentation (including photos). If damage occurred during shipping, you must also submit package and product photos for a claim.

No refunds or reprints will be granted based on customer-provided errors or undocumented claims.

7. Order Approval

Customer is fully responsible for proofing all content. Yard Card Supply is not liable for errors related to spelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, fonts, crop marks, color shifts, or incorrect contact information.

8. Customer Content

You are responsible for any content you upload, transmit, or request. Do not transmit illegal, obscene, threatening, or infringing material. We reserve the right to remove content and may disclose it if required to comply with law or protect our rights.

9. Customer-Provided Artwork

Files must be provided in high resolution (minimum 300 DPI) in CMYK or RGB. We are not liable for quality issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted artwork.

10. Color Proofing & Matching

We do not guarantee exact color matches to paint swatches, 3M charts, or customer-provided references. Color shifts may occur between screens and printed output.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if printing has not started. We are not responsible for duplicated orders placed by mistake.

12. Rush Processing

Rush service is available for select products at an additional fee. This fee is subject to change without notice.

13. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events. While we aim to meet all delivery schedules, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates.

We will not split shipments or use customer-provided shipping accounts. Overnight shipping is available for an additional per-sheet fee.

14. Acts of God / Acts of Society

We are not liable for production or delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, labor strikes, or governmental action.

15. Payment & Processing

Payment is required at the time of order. We do not store credit card data beyond the last 4 digits for reference purposes.

16. Reward Programs

All reward programs, points systems, and loyalty discounts were discontinued as of June 1, 2022. No extensions will be granted.

17. Discounts & Sales

Sales and discount codes are time-limited and cannot be applied retroactively or extended.

18. Shipping Errors / Lost Packages

Report damaged or lost shipments immediately. We are not liable for third-party shipping issues.

19. Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned due to a customer-submitted error, reshipping fees will apply.

20. Technical Difficulties

We are not responsible for technical issues related to web hosting, internet connectivity, or customer hardware/software. We recommend keeping your system updated and protected.

21. Use of AI-Generated Graphics

Some designs may be AI-generated under the direction of our team.

  • These graphics are the intellectual property of Yard Card Supply, LLC.

  • We make no guarantees regarding visual expectations.

  • Unauthorized reuse, redistribution, or editing is prohibited.

22. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at our sole discretion.

23. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yard Card Supply, LLC, its affiliates, and licensors from any claims or damages arising out of your use of our products, services, or content.

24. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings must be brought in Nassau County, FL.
